Activity By Alumni Association

Hi Friends,

We very glad to communicate with you after a long time that too for a Best activity going to be conducted by us for our school. As you all aware we are in a plan to dedicate some useful Resources/Stationeries to our school.

Plans (Till now we have decided)

• To Plant Siblings (Trees) in and around the school (For awareness of Global warming & to avoid it)
• To Present Black Boards for all the Class rooms of High school (Depends upon the collected Fund it can be extended to Primary school too)
• To Present Gifts/Mementos to honor our teachers& Staffs
• To Arrange a get together function with our Batch Mates and the teachers & Current batch By contacting cultural.
• To Deliver Speeches by the succeeded peoples and by our Batch mates to Make clear the young generation to about their Vision & Goals
• etc.

Please share your ideas to include in our plan / Please let us know if any any our decided plans have any difficulties.

Requirements

• The Initial requirement is all ours active participation in this activity to achieve the plan, Please don't wait for any one to invite for the participation, Please take responsibility and inform us what can be your role in this activity. Since there is a communication between the Boys and girls we are suffering to coordinate. We requesting girls to take responsibility to share the information and to update the details to your Friends
• Since the Budget couldn't be defined, we unable to share the estimation as of now. Hence we decided to collect Rs.1000 from each. (Few of our friends may unable to give such amount, if any body feels that's a big amount they shall donate as much us they can. Interested can donate more than Rs.1000 (Total amount collected & Expenditure details will be shared with all)

Schedule

As of Now The school is busy with the preparation for the Examination, Hence, We planed our Venue after the School re-opens for the Next Batch.

Though there is Two Month duration, That is much shooter duration to achieve our plans. We are in a position to Place order for the Black boards by the first week of March. But still we have not equipped with sufficient fund for initial payment.
